Product Control in Component Production
Product control is essential for companies to be successful on the market in the long term. There are many reasons for this: high-quality, fault-free products meet customer expectations and retain customers in the long term. Any errors that occur are detected at an early stage and can be rectified in good time, usually at lower cost. Continuous process improvement makes production processes more efficient and saves resources.
The Fraunhofer Center for High Temperature Materials and Design HTL offers numerous methods for quality assurance: in addition to non-destructive testing methods, mechanical testing and thermo-optical methods are also available. The appropriate methods are selected in consultation with the customer and, if necessary, adapted to the respective process. When evaluating data, we can rely on AI algorithms that identify deviations even in large amounts of data.
Why should you take part?
In the workshop, various methods for product control are presented and demonstrated in practice. This will give you a direct impression of which solution could be suitable for your application. Take the opportunity to talk to users and gain new ideas for your own work.
